Return Policy

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", every customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days, provided that the product has not been used, retains its original appearance and consumer properties, and there is proof of purchase from our store.

Returning Defective Goods

If you have received a product of unsatisfactory quality, please send us a photo of the product showing the defect or flaw to our email address alfapets.com.ua@gmail.com or through a messenger. We will contact you to arrange the procedure for returning or exchanging the product. In case of a return, the seller bears the shipping costs.

NOTE: Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the 14-day period from the date of purchase has expired.
